Watters, Irma Elaine age 86 of Lapeer, died Friday, July 20, 2012 at Whispering Pines AFC. Funeral service will be held 11 am Monday, July 23, 2012 at the New Dawn Chapel, 1569 S.Elba Rd. Lapeer. Family will receive visitors from 2-8 pm Sunday, July 22, at the chapel. Burial in Dawn Cemetery.
